Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Brand Market account and personal information at any time. This page works for everyone — you do not need the app installed.

What happens when you request deletion

Your account is deactivated and you are signed out.
Your profile, saved addresses and personal details are deleted within 30 days.
Order and payment records are kept only where South African tax and accounting laws require it, and are not used for anything else.
If you are a seller, any unpaid earnings are settled before your account is closed.
